Job Summary Project Team Leader who supervises the ongoing field operations of self‐perform framing & siding activities on large projects ranging in size from $50MM – $150MM (Project) / $5MM – $20MM (Framing & Siding). Responsible for managed work, including mobilization and project set‐up, panel design coordination, deliveries and logistics, general project organization, planning, safety, managing staffing/labor/subcontractors/vendors, quality control, scheduling, documentation, punch list, inventory, demobilization and project closeout to complete the work on time, within budget, and to a quality specified.
