Qualifications

• Deep brand understanding and strong commercial capability.
• Tertiary Diploma.
• 8+ years of experience in full‑service franchise restaurants; experience in hotels or QSR is not acceptable.
• Must have overseen multi‑operations in a recognised luxury brand.
• Proven senior leadership experience within a similar full‑service restaurant brand environment is essential.
• Candidate must not be in breach of any contractual, ethical, or restraint obligations within a brand – now or previously.
• Strong understanding of the specific operating model, culture, and customer proposition.
• Own vehicle essential.
• Open to travel.
