Job Responsibilities

• Manage training, performance appraisal and relationship maintenance for overseas franchisees, establish a sound franchise management system, and formulate & implement relevant incentive and assessment mechanisms.
• Conduct regular visits to franchise stores, monitor store operations, deliver operational guidance and support, resolve operational issues, and uphold brand image.
• Formulate and implement store operation standards and procedures to ensure daily operations comply with corporate regulations.
• Assist franchisees with store renovation, grand opening and other preparatory work.
• Set and drive the achievement of store sales targets, analyze sales data and put forward optimization proposals.
• Oversee store inventory management to guarantee timely product supply and healthy inventory turnover.
