Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for technical platform issues for internal and external users.
• Assess technical support needs and provide appropriate support promptly.
• Prepare respondents in advance to join scheduled interviews on time.
• Facilitate scheduled interview starts and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
