Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Belgian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation
- Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees, HR, and external providers
- Ensure correct application of collective labour agreements, with a strong focus on CP 116 and/or CP 207 regulations
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and ensure proper data flow and system updates
- Support broader HR administration (contracts, benefits, reporting) and contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR projects
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist in Belgium within complex environments
- Mandatory experience with CP 116 and/or CP 207 (this is a strict requirement)
