Job Description
Freelance Private Early Interventionist / Learning Support Educator (1-to-1) Responsibilities - Provide individualised early intervention and learning support to children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, or special needs.
- Develop and implement customised intervention plans and activities tailored to each child’s unique learning profile and developmental goals.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to monitor progress, adapt strategies, and ensure holistic support for the child.
- Use evidence-based practices to address specific developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, social interaction, and cognitive development.
- Offer guidance and training to parents and caregivers to support the child’s learning and development outside of sessions.
- Keep detailed records of each child’s progress, adjusting the intervention approach as needed to meet evolving needs.
