Freight Handling Associate (Temp-to-Perm Opportunities)

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and separate freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to ensure it’s ready for timely delivery.
• Unload freight from curbside trucks onto conveyors and load it back into trucks.
• Move freight from conveyors or chutes for load‑out, and load into linehaul trucks or trailers.
• Preload mail and packages into delivery vehicles.
• Manually transfer bulk or non‑conveyable items when needed.
• Some team members are promoted to handle pre‑load tasks, which require quick thinking and attention to detail (perfect for those who love a challenge!).
• Shift duties can change, meaning you'll be unloading, loading, and assisting in different areas throughout the day, keeping you engaged and moving.
