Work location: East
Work hours: 9am to 5.30pm/5.5days (alternate Saturday)
. Handle daily logistics for incoming and out going shipments to ensure timely delivery
. Prepare and check shipping documents (e.g.airway bills, bills of landing)
. Track shipments and update clients or team members on delivery status
. Check and inspect cargo in the warehouse to ensure proper handling and safety
. Enter shipment details and update records accurately in the system
. Assist with permit applications and ensure compliance with customs rules
. Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to solve any shipment issues
. Respond to enquiries from clients and internal teams regarding shipments
. Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement :
Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
1 to 2 years experiences in freight operation
Able to handle shipping documents independently
