Qualifications:
✔ Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
✔ At least 2 years of Customer Service, Customer Support, or BPO experience
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong customer-oriented mindset
✔ Proficient in using computer applications and CRM tools
✔ Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
✔ Can work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and follow company processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
