Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble sushi items (e.g. rolls, nigiri, sashimi) according to company standards Ensure freshness and proper handling of ingredients (fish, rice, vegetables) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area at all times Assist in stock preparation, portioning, and replenishment Follow food safety and hygiene regulations Support daily operations and teamwork within the outlet Requirements: No experience required (training provided) / experience in F&B is a plus Able to work in a fast-paced environment Responsible and willing to learn Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
