POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and checking out guests at the end of their stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate individuals/areas Answer questions about services, checkout times, the local community, or other matters of public interest Report problems with guest rooms or public facilities to members of the housekeeping or maintenance staff for them to correct the problems Provide assistance to facility guests (i.e., issues meal badges) Responsible for all front-office operations, information, and services for the lodge Ensure practice of health and safety regulations May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, data entry, and collation Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
