Our Client, an established & trusted automotive brand, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Front Desk Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries.
- Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.
- Managing the Sales Executive turn system.
- Ensuring showroom is tidy and orderly.
- Ensuring display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.
- Provide refreshments to customers.
- General adhoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 1 year Experience as Receptionist or customer service ground job.
- Customer oriented with high level of service attitude.
- Good communication and social skills
