Job Description

  • You will be trained in welcoming and ushering guest them to their specific tables
  • Learn to present menu and provide detailed information while being sensitive when asked (e.g., food portions, potential food allergies or ingredients)
  • Inform guest about the day's specials, offer personalised recommendation through friendly engagement talks
  • To provide food and beverage orders and manage reservations accurately
  • Be exposed and have opportunity to through job rotational in all positions of the restaurants to have a better understanding of each position
  • Acquire knowledge in the opening and closing procedures of the assigned restaurant
  • Participate in cross-training duties across other Food & Beverage outlets as needed
