  • Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously, always aiming to deliver excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
  • Follow all security and confidentiality procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of guests at all times.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional information regarding guest bookings, payments, and billing during arrival and departure.
  • Respond positively and efficiently to guest and colleague enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Promote hotel services and room options in a friendly and confident manner to help maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
