Front Office Ambassador

Responsibilities

• See to the complete guest journey from arrival at the front entrance, parking cars, check‑in, and rooming guests, assisting guests during their stay, preparing guest accounts, and managing payments.
• Attend to face‑to‑face guest queries and take reservations while answering phones.
