WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Reporting & Analytics: Analyze and monitor OSA (On Shelf Availability) performance.Review and evaluate SOS (Share of Shelf) compliance across accounts.Provide insights on competitor promotion and pricing activities.Track and analyze frontliner cost performance against budget. 2. Team Enablement: Monitor frontliner attendance (mandays) and call productivity.Identify execution gaps (OSA, SOS, Promo Compliance) and provide actionable feedback.Support field team with clear and practical action plans to improve execution quality. 3.
