We have ambitious growth plans in our FS Tax team and are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Associate Director to help deliver transaction tax services to our clients.

As Associate Director, focused on transactions, you will deliver tax structuring advice and undertake tax due diligence on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions for private equity and corporate clients in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work with the Transaction Services teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead due diligence meetings with target businesses, oversee analysis, and review reports before final partner/director review.
• Prepare and review structuring reports based on the proposed acquisition structure, considering key tax implications alongside commercial requirements.
