Job Overview

We are hiring Fuel Pilots responsible for fuel delivery operations. This is a performance-based role ideal for candidates comfortable with field work and daily targets.

Compensation Structure

No fixed salary. Minimum Order Level:

• MOL AED 1,550
• B2C Orders Baseline: 30 orders per day. AED 4 per completed order.
• B2B Deliveries: AED 0, 10 per litre, 500 litres baseline. Not fixed.

Compensation is purely per delivery, order-based.

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid UAE manual driving license.
• Minimum 1-year-old driving license mandatory.
• Fresh license holders may be considered if criteria are met.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Conditions

• 10 + 1 hours per day.
• 1 day weekly off.
