This leader is accountable for achieving business objectives related to on-time delivery, past-due reduction, and inventory performance, while driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Fulfillment Leader will lead and develop a team of delivery professionals and coordinators, establish clear operating rhythms, and ensure strong execution of standard work, recovery plans, and process improvements.
