In this role you will supervise daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse assistants, and ensure operational goals are achieved effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring SOPs and safety protocols are followed, delegating staff tasks, and addressing operational issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, monitor FIFO/FEFO processes, and resolve stock discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Lead and develop the warehouse assistants, provide on‑the‑job coaching, monitor daily performance, and support onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure outbound orders are dispatched accurately and on time, coordinate shipping processes, continually improve operations, and prepare concise reports.
