Job Description

The B2B – Full Cycle Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting, through to product presentation, closing, onboarding and post-sale follow-up. The role requires a confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Purpose of the Role

  • Present and position products or services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Provide accurate product information and solutions to individual customer/business needs.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Prepare and present proposals or quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
  • Secure signed agreements and convert leads into sales.

Customer Onboarding

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.
