Job Description
Responsibilities - Design and build the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) reviewer interface, including high-resolution document displays and field confidence indicators.
- Build and maintain real-time AgentOps dashboards to track STP rates, token consumption, and latency metrics using Azure Monitor data.
- Establish secure communication between AI core services and banking applications via backend APIs.
- Develop internal tooling such as the Prompt Management System (PMS) UI and ground-truth annotation interfaces.
- Ensure web interfaces meet institutional accessibility standards and optimize performance for low-bandwidth environments.
- Maintain a unified AWA component library and design system across all platforms.
Requirements - 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience focused on enterprise web applications.
- Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
