You will be the technical lead responsible for:

● Implementing Insightly CRM pipelines, custom fields, automations, and API integrations

● Designing and building a scalable middleware/API layer

● Working with operational heads to convert business processes into robust system workflows

● Acting as the glue between CRM, web app, and external partner systems (dialers, financing providers, proposal management and scheduling tools, etc.)

Requirements

● 5 –8 years of full-stack engineering experience

● Strong proficiency in full stack development (NOSQL, React or Next.js, Lambda)

● Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration patterns

● Experience working with CRMs (Insightly preferred, Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable)

● Strong debugging, performance optimisation, and architectural skills

● Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
