Junior/Mid Fullstack Engineer (Integrations)

Most junior engineering roles involve working on small, isolated parts of a larger system.

This one is different, you’ll take real ownership of a core technical problem from day one: building and maintaining the integrations that connect our platform to the wider HR and recruitment ecosystem.

We’re working with a funded startup helping young people discover careers through behavioural science and AI-driven matching. The product is live and already being used by customers. The next stage is scaling how it connects with external systems.

That means working on integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR platforms, and partner APIs making sure data moves reliably and securely between systems as the product grows.
