Key Responsibilities

full-stack engineer who can do Level 1 prod support work (Primary, ~20% of time ) and Development work (Secondary, ~ 80% of time)

1. Perform Level 1 production support work: E.g.
   • Monitor mailbox for incoming support requests and inquiries.
   • Perform simple triage of support tickets, categorizing and prioritizing them based on urgency and impact.
2. Monitor and observe system alerts or out of the normal system behaviours.
3. Verify system is performing after deployments
4. Design, build, integrate, test, and maintain complex software components
5. Build prototypes and design system architectures to demonstrate technology opportunities
6. Adopt design thinking and customer-oriented approach such as agile software development practices to manage and deliver quality solutions
