- 9+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services.
- Ability to perform a dual role (Functional BA + Project Manager).
- Strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking and Retail product knowledge such as CASA and Loans (Secured/Unsecured).
- Hands‑on experience in Cheque Clearing (SGD & USD), CTS Lite, and EDP projects related to Singapore cheque clearing processes.
- Proven experience in industry‑level regulatory projects involving MAS.
- Strong change management and governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
