Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant Payments Disputes & Chargebacks to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing disputes across multiple payment channels, including ATM, debit/credit cards, ACH, and P2P (Zelle). The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, network rules, and operational best practices to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant resolution of disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end dispute lifecycle, including intake, investigation, provisional credit, representment, arbitration, and recovery.
