What you will be doing
Take ownership of projects related to Subscriptions / Service Contracts, ensuring timelines, system configuration, testing, and training are met.Collaborate with senior management to understand system and process requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.Work as part of a cross-functional scrum team, driving solution design, functional design, and implementation of system changes.Lead documentation of system configurations, designs, and processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.Facilitate internal up-skilling sessions for IT Application Support and Shared Service Centre teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.Manage data migration processes, assisting in the resolution of any issues.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes and ensure their implementation with senior management approval.M...
