For our business unit High Voltage Products we are looking for a Functional Lead of the Standardization Team in Secondary Engineering. In this challenging position you will take over the functional lead for the standardization team to drive forward the product standardization and improvements. You will work closely with the Secondary Engineering team in Switzerland, Germany and India and develop a Standardization Roadmap that guides the development of our product for the future. Together with the standardization team, you will ensure successful implementation of improvements, such as releases of new templates and engineering guidelines that enable Engineering to deliver their projects effectively and in high quality.
