The ideal tutor will:

• Have experience teaching or tutoring Functional Skills English and/or Maths
• Be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting individual learning needs
• Be confident building positive relationships with young people
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
