Information systems exist to support and enable business operations. The purpose of the Center of Excellence (COE) is to ensure Agriware, and related systems serve the needs of the production farms. The COE team is responsible for advancing the use of Agriware and optimizing supported business processes to gain a competitive advantage. The team will ensure that Agriware is running optimally, key users are trained, downtime is minimized, upgrades are performed in a timely manner, current and new business processes are supported by the system, and enhancements made when justified.
