Job Description
Pay rate is $30 to $40 per hour
100% remote
- Calculate, validate, and finalize daily Net Asset Value (NAV) for mutual funds and other investment vehicles.
- Prepare and review cash, position, and market value reconciliations, identifying and resolving breaks in a timely manner.
- Validate pricing of portfolio securities and investigate pricing exceptions impacting NAV accuracy.
- Process and review fund-level activity including corporate actions, dividends, interest, and capital transactions.
- Calculate and reconcile accruals, amortization, and fee-related expenses including management and financing fees.
- Review OTC and complex investment transactions to ensure accurate booking within fund accounting systems.
- Support month-end and period-end close processes, including NAV finalization and distribution calculations.
