Job Description

• Conducting fund administration operation across multiple jurisdictions, including Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Managing fund administration activities such as investor due diligence, transaction processing, capital call, fund valuation, fund distribution, and other related activities.
• Maintaining shareholder register and investor files.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on fundraising, investments, finance, as well as external regulators for fund reporting.
• Coordinating with regulators to ensure strict compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Legal.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
