• Fund Setup & Structuring: Lead the incorporation andmaintenance of Singapore VCCs (Variable Capital Companies) and offshore funds, establishing robust operational structures.
• End-to-End Operations: Independently manage daily fundoperations, including client onboarding, KYC (Know Your Client), FATCA/CRScompliance, account management, and risk control.
