What you will do
As a Future Talent - WCM Engineer, you will:
Collaborate with other leaders to maintain and improve the company’s WCM (World Class Manufacturing) lean production system, driving the factory toward world-class manufacturing standards.Drive factory performance and KPI improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.Provide support for continuous improvement projects and teams.Deliver necessary knowledge and train employees in continuous improvement capabilities.Coach, follow up, and audit the quality of continuous improvement work.Work with global colleagues in similar roles to support the ongoing enhancement of the WCM system.We believe you have
