About the Team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Within Global Payment, the FX team is responsible for FX solutions and FX platform capabilities across quotation, exposure management, trading execution, hedging, partner management, and FX risk controls. The team works closely with product, tech, data engineering, and business teams to develop systematic and automated FX capabilities for complex global payment scenarios.
