An internal mobile developer with a successful live ops title, has three teams that need to organise and operate as a single outfit.
You’ll be the party that helps facilitate this process. You’ll partner directly with the Head of Product and act as a force multiplier across the teams: setting up the prioritization that holds, the rituals that make execution legible, and the alignment that turns a roadmap into shipped product.
What you’ll own
- Roadmap and prioritization across Feature Team 1, Feature Team 2, and LiveOps
- Build and groom the cross-team backlog so what’s on it ships
- Run prioritization workshops that produce decisions
- Make sequencing legible: who depends on whom, what unblocks what
- Hold the line when teams want to commit to more than they can deliver
