As the Technical Support & Training Manager Marine Aftermarket, you are responsible for all technical governance, failure analysis, global troubleshooting guidance, product knowledge development, and capability-building for the Marine Aftermarket of the Gas & Process Division.You act as the central technical authority supporting technical support engineers, field service engineers (FSEs), shipowners and product companies.Your role ensures that all technical cases, service recommendations, and maintenance standards are executed safely, consistently, and in line with OEM specifications.You also own the global Marine technical training program and competency development paths for the technical support team, FSEs, agents, and customers.Your mission is to strengthen the technical backbone of the Marine Aftermarket organization by ensuring fast, reliable, and expert-level technical support; supporting failur...
