Role Summary

CrewSELECT is seeking reliable Grounds Maintenance Labourers / Gardener Offsiders to support Commercial Gardeners across a range of commercial, industrial, and facilities-managed sites. This is a hands-on support role focused on programmed maintenance, reactive works, and assisting with irrigation and reticulation tasks.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build skills in commercial grounds maintenance and irrigation while working as part of a site-based team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Commercial Grounds Maintenance

• Lawn mowing, edging, and line trimming on commercial sites
• Pruning, hedging, and maintenance of shrubs and trees
• Weed control (manual and chemical where certified)
• Mulching, fertilising, and general garden bed maintenance
• Green waste removal and site clean-up
• Maintain presentation standards in line with client SLAs
