Operations Management

• Ensure that all operational management activities that are undertaken by organizations and companies representing the company on gas systems are carried out in accordance with relevant gas industry technical codes and standards and comply with gas industry best practice.
• Ensure that licensees develop and implement a suitable system of operational monitoring, management and control to ensure that all site-based activities on gas systems do not pose a threat to or result in harm to infrastructure, property or persons.

Performance Management

• Develop and implement a suitable system for measuring the safety-related performance of companies and organizations involved in activities that are undertaken on gas systems using a suite of key performance indicators and leading/lagging indicators.
