Position Responsibilities
This position serves as a core technical backbone of the Center, responsible for the full-cycle training work in gas turbine power generation, covering the entire SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) process (Training Needs Analysis, Training Program Design, Training Material Development, Training Delivery, and Assessment & Certification), as well as technical research and exchange cooperation.
(A) Training Needs Analysis and Program Design
- Conduct Job Task Analysis (JTA) for gas turbine power generation operation positions, and compile typical work task lists
- Perform competency gap analysis for operation personnel, identify training needs, and compile training needs lists
- Define training objectives based on needs analysis, and develop Course Outlines
