As a Gatehouse Officer, you’ll take the lead at the entrance—welcoming residents, guests, and team members with top-notch customer service while helping keep our community safe and secure. In this role, you’ll check in visitors, manage gate traffic, and ensure everyone is properly documented. You’ll hand out parking passes and give clear, helpful directions so guests can easily find their way. You'll also assist the security officers in guiding emergency responders exactly where they need to go - making a real impact when it matters most!
