GDS Consulting & AIA Senior AI & Automation Engineer

Role Description

• Design and implement automation solutions for internal/external clients to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Develop automation solutions using RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop), python-based automations, API integration, document parsing, and task automation.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and scope high-impact automation and AI opportunities.
• Establish and enforce standards for documentation, version control, integration patterns, testing, and deployment.
• Train and mentor internal teams on Power Platform, UiPath or Blue Prism automation best practices, and safe and responsible use of AI/LLM tools.
