Skills and Attributes for success
• Should possess strong articulation skills to run Phase 0/Discovery workshops and the ability to lead client workshops for assessment. 
• Should possess excellent process knowledge as well technology knowledge (S4 HANA and related) and should be able to do a proper convergence of business process into technology solution.
• Should have experience in doing roadmap with probable benefits, understanding of how to map best practices with client BPML etc.
• Should be able to construct an overall assessment work starting from inception to closure.
