Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and financial recording (mainly cash disbursements journal and general journal)
• Accounting for and payment of credit card transactions
• Prepare monthly accruals and other journal entries
• Reconcile accounts, close books and prepare reports
• Process payment to suppliers
• File tax returns and submit Alpha/Summary Lists
• Accounting for transactions with the Foundation

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Accounting
• With at least 6 months experience
• With experience in General Accounting and taxation (expanded withholding tax)
• Communicates clearly (written and verbal)
• Keen to details
• Analytical thinking
• Exposure to accounting software (Netsuite)
