Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and friendly General Admin / Store and Customer Support Admin to join our team, supporting administrative tasks, store operations, customer service, and online marketing activities. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks to support smooth office and store operations Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries to ensure positive service experiences Perform basic store support duties including inventory assistance and stock management Assist with online marketing efforts by creating and posting content on social media platforms Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage with customers and team members Work independently with confidence to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time Preferred competencies and qualifications Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal communication skills to foster good customer relations
