Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in winning work and setting our projects up for success from day one.

- Reviewing project scopes and developing estimating strategies for assigned projects

- Preparing detailed, accurate construction cost estimates and supporting documentation

- Comfortable managing multiple bids at once

- Ensuring all bid submissions are complete and accurate as per plans and specifications, including notations of special or long-lead items
