Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Department of Army (DA) recognized subject matter expert responsible for executing the explosives safety mission of the Defense Ammunition Center's (DAC), US Army Technical Center for Explosives Safety Directorate. Responsibilities Designs/analyzes logistical procedures, using solid modeling and analysis systems. Conducts necessary stress analyses of materials and physical configurations, subject to both static and dynamic loadings and forces.
