Our client, an expanding and well-established building company, specialising in upmarket residential and commercial building projects, seeks to employ an experienced, meticulous and organised General Foreman, to join their growing company in the Winelands.
Please note that due to the urgency to place this role, we will initially be focused on candidates resident in the Cape Town and Winelands area, specifically with experience in luxury residential building projectsKEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
- You will have Matric (a construction qualification is advantageous), coupled for 5-8 years’ experience in managing high quality foundation and building functions in high-end and luxury residential properties.
- You must have proven experience in managing site quality of materials, as well as contractors’ workmanship
