Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead/roll up doors, gates, and gate arms. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair loading dock levelers, dock plates, and dock restraints. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform required preventive maintenance actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc. Replace motors, bearings, sheaves, shafts, etc. Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems control and operating systems as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Communicate non-compliance concerns to ensure corrective actions have taken place. Respond and provide service and feedback to the customer on all work orders while assuring compliance to codes, regulations and industry standards.
